Hips and Hamstrings with Zoe Sharp

By popular request... a two hour workshop to really get into those hips and hamstrings! Suitable for yogis, cyclists, runners, desk-job-workers and sofa surfers alike, we'll spend a cosy candlelit Saturday afternoon opening up into the bits that never seem to budge in an ordinary class. Expect lots of juicy lower body stretches, an increased sense of freedom and movement around the lower back and pelvis, and a blissed out savasana to close.
