360 Hips with Catherine Weston

We’re so excited to welcome popular London based teacher Catherine Weston to FOLD! She’ll be joining us on the afternoon of March 9th for two hours of deep, mindful hip openers - learn to create balanced healthy hips using all the muscles around the hip joint including the hamstrings and gluteal muscles to stabilise the pelvis.

On a journey towards Hanumanasana and Padmasana (Splits & Lotus) we’ll explore the function and movements of the five muscle compartments that create the hips to mobilise, strengthen and release tension, relieve lower back pain and feel comfortable in the pelvis.

Options and modifications are offered so all levels of yoga practitioner are welcome!
