Kristin completed her teacher training at YogaLondon in 2016 after discovering her love of yoga nearly 10 years prior. Kristin teaches varied vinyasa classes; her favourites combine energizing sequences with nurturing slow flows and focus on moving mindfully with the breath and tuning inwards to the body’s needs.
Kristin seeks to help her students feel healthy and grounded while also cultivating a peaceful connection between body, mind, & surroundings. Kristin takes a welcoming & lighthearted approach to yoga and ensures her classes are accessible to all ages and abilities.
Originally from the United States, Kristin moved to Hackney after meeting her fiancé in 2012. Also a practicing Mental Health Counsellor, Kristin has always had a strong interest in wellness and believes yoga to be a major proponent of daily physical and mental health.
