Natalie has always been something of a magpie, drawn to things of interest, reluctant to stay in one box. Her journey into the yoga & wellness worlds has been no different. She arrived with a diverse background from an education in psychology, a career in hospitality, many years spent in the creative & start up worlds and an adult life defined by poor mental health. These influences combined, and she was drawn to creative yoga practices that emphasised grounding and mindfulness, acknowledging the powerful role of the mind. Lucky to undertake two 200hr trainings that emphasised teaching from your own experience and in your own voice, her classes are flowing and breath-led, moving away from traditional sequencing and often working with a theme aiming to bridge the mind/body experiences. Natalie offers accessible yoga & spirituality for the everyday, delivered with feeling, honesty and creativity.
