This two-day weekend course with Charlie Kelly will break down Bhakti, nada, ahimsa, shastra and dhyana - the 5 tenets of Jivamukti yoga.
It will look at the basic alignments in the most common poses and work towards more challenging aspects of the yoga practice; both physical and spritual.
This course will offer a grounding knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and a deeper understanding of the jivamukti method, as well as the main aspects behind the two.
There will be specal guest teachers coming in for part of the course to expand the understanding even more. Expect chanting, asana, meditation, breath work and philosophy.
The course dates are Saturday October 14th 10:00am-16:00pm and Sunday October 15th 13:00pm - 18:00pm.
