Join us for an exploration into traditional tea ceremony. We will be tasting and savouring rare artisan teas, learning about traditional tea culture and preparation, and exploring the connections between tea practice, meditation, qigong, and the yogic arts. Alex will be serving tea in a relaxed and free-flowing style, with open space to discuss all aspects of tea and how to bring a tea practice into your life. He has been involved in the tea industry and has developed a tea practice for over 10 years, and also brings experience from his training in classical Chinese medicine, meditation, qigong, and internal alchemy.
Spaces are limited to 10 people and are charged at £15 for two hours. Booking a space in advance is advised.
