Get Space in the Spine

How much space can you find in the spine? 

Reversing our habitual forward focused movement patterns, backbends can feel incredible - or incredibly scary. Over the course of a two hour workshop, Zoe (owner of FOLD. and backbend obsessive) will break down how to backbend safely and with intelligence; opening up through the front body to create length along the whole of the spinal column. We'll work towards some peak poses but all levels of practitioner are welcome; you'll leave feeling energised, open, and strong.
