Yoga for Beginners' 3 Week Course


Curious about getting into yoga?

It's easy to feel intimidated walking into an open level yoga class; nobody wants to feel like the only one who doesn't know what they're doing! In this three week course, we'll introduce you to the practice of yoga from scratch; with everyone in the same boat, there's no feeling left out or as though the class is passing you by.

Over three 75 minute classes we'll guide you through the practicalities of what happens during a yoga class; from stepping into the studio to sinking into final relaxation and everything in between. You'll practice the classic body of yoga poses and basic sequences to create strength, flexibility, and confidence for your ongoing yoga practice.

In a small group environment you'll receive plenty of 1:1 attention from an experienced teacher with lots of time to ask questions! This is an ideal course for anyone looking to start yoga, who likes to learn sequentially, or would like to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

After completing the course you'll feel stronger, more open, and calmer - as well as having the experience and confidence to attend any of our yoga classes.
