Natasha Arcoleo

Natasha found yoga through her training as a professional dancer. After completing her Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in contemporary dance, she needed a daily physical practice she could take anywhere and through yoga, found the perfect exercise for body and mind alike. Informed by her varied movement experience, Natasha loves to create classes that flow and to encourage her students to find joy in moving their bodies; always finding balance between effort and ease. Her favourite place to be is in the studio surrounded by others so Natasha is always excited to welcome students into the space.
