Zoe Sharp

Local yogi, crazy dog lady and Fold owner Zoe teaches a strong, playful flow. After training as a theatre director, she realised just how limited her understanding of the way bodies function in space was - and trained as a yoga teacher to learn more. She brings a sense of experimentation, play and lightness to each class, aiming to teach athletic and dynamic practice to help students out of their heads and into their bodies. Alongside Fold, she has worked with Frame, Psycle, Deliciously Ella, Nike, Sweaty Betty, Lululemon, Madeleine Shaw and Millie Mackintosh.
