We know… you’ve tried online yoga before. It can be intimidating when you’re faced with a screen full of yogis in downward dog already.

But we’re changing the program. With FOLD At Home™️, we’re welcoming yogis near and far to what we think is the most user-friendly online yoga studio out there.

There’s no such thing as right and wrong with yoga — but sometimes a little extra support is all you need to take your practice to the next level.

If you’d like the guidance of a teacher from the comfort of your home, you can now join any of our live-streamed Leyton classes and get real-time adjustments and advice from your teacher as you go.

How it works

  1. Book your preferred session.

  2. We’ll send you a Zoom link.

  3. Sign in at the start of class (time to get into “Mountain pose”!)

  4. Practise alongside your fellow yogis in the studio from your living room. That’s it!

Our lives are far from linear: they force us to pivot and bend in unimaginable ways, and, even with the best intentions, all too often your self-care is first to be sacrificed. FOLD At Home™️ was born out of a desire to share our love of yoga with everyone, regardless of whether you’re able to make it to studio classes or not.

A seed of an idea resulted in FOLD At Home™️: the antidote to #FOMO for non-London dwellers and those of us who struggle to find the time in our busy days to get to the yoga studio. With students from as far away as Canada, Latvia and New Zealand practicing with our expert teachers, our ever-growing library of pre-recorded dynamic, vinyasa, restorative, yin and power yoga classes allows us to spread the joy of yoga further than we could have ever imagined.

We know. You’ve tried online yoga libraries before - and it’s intimidating, and hard to motivate yourself, faced with a screen full of classes. And decision fatigue is deeply, deeply unrelaxing - in fact, it kind of negates the point of practising yoga at all. So we’ve revamped FOLD At Home™️ to make it the most user friendly online studio in the UK: with curated playlists of classes you’ll always know what to practice next. You’ve got three paths to choose from:

Our permanent collection of courses; back to basics, learn to invert, and yoga for everyday life. These will always be available for you to work your way though at your own pace. If you’re new to the practice, start with ‘back to basics’. if you’re looking to improve your hand and forearm stands, jump into ‘learn to invert’ and if you just want to take a yoga class, choose one from ‘yoga for everyday life’.

  • Our monthly focus. We work towards a new theme each month - and every Saturday, we’ll put out an hour long class with that focus. Examples could be a pose, an aspect of yoga philosophy, a chakra, a mood - each month we’ll talk about what we’ve chosen and why. So your practice will always have a direction or a focus, making it far easier to motivate yourself to move.

  • Our daily quickies. Each weekday we’ll post classes between 10-55 minutes long so you always have something fresh and fun to play with; just like in a real life studio. These classes will only stay up for 48 hours so we suggest you get them before they’re gone!
